Pappardelle are part of the long, flat noodle family. Excellent when prepared with ragus, bolognese, and sauces made with wild meat and game. This wide noodle is also perfect simply with tomato sauce and grated cheese, as well as dressed with creamy sauces. These noodles are made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, extruded through bronze dies, and slowly dried in the traditional Gragnano method for the best toothsome texture.
