A very versatile pasta cut that can be boiled, and tossed with sauces, or stuffed and baked. Large Paccheri are lovely prepared in a vegetarian style, served with fish and seafood, and incorporate into meat dishes. These pasta tubes are made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, extruded through bronze dies, and slowly dried in the traditional Gragnano method for the best toothsome texture.
