Yellow seedless melons run medium to large size and are usually elongated with striated light and dark green skin. The flesh inside is bright yellow and somewhat easier to digest than red meat watermelon. Yellow watermelon is wonderful blended with pineapple chunks and strawberries for smoothies. Add a little chopped mint and lime sugar syrup when combining all three in a summer fruit salad.
