Tasty and zesty, made with cooked black beans, tri colored quinoa, roasted corn, red pepper, lime powder and smoked chile powder. All natural, gluten-free. Bake in oven or pan fry in skillet about 7 min on the first side, then 5 additional minutes after flipping to second side. They can also be microwaved on high for 1 1/2 min, then flipped and microwaved another minute on the second side.
