The tapered, banana-shaped pepper has a rich, fruity-sweet flavor - perfect for frying with potatoes, drying, chopping into relishes, or slicing for salads. Grown organcially on Taproot Farm in Berks County, PA on a husband-and-wife-owned farm that is dedicated to doing right by their workers and right by their land.
