These white peaches are super sweet with good juiciness, and no acidic counterbalance. Instead of refrigerating peaches, leave them on the counter for a couple day, or until they're slightly soft. Galpin Family Farms, one of our newest farm partners, grows as cleanly and pesticide-free as possible. Their nearly-ripened fruits go right from the tree, into the box (not completely ripened, because they want to get them to you in as perfect condition as possible).
