Made from naturally sweet pearl onions peeled and pickled in brine. Firm, uniform in size, maintaining a slight crunch even through the brining process. Cocktail onions are great in martinis and other drinks as well but there's no need to wait for cocktail hour to snack on one. They are delicious served with antipasti like cured meats, cheeses and a selection of olives.
